Terms Of Service
Please carefully read all the following terms before commissioning me. If you wish to commission me, you will be paying for my art style. I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

Commission Requirements:
☆ Commissioner must DM me via Discord platform if interested! I ask that I am treated with respect and patience. If I feel I am being treated with hate, aggression, or any sort of bullying, I have the right to cancel a commission at any point in the process. (See cancellation below)
Process:
☆ After discussing payment and/or references for commissioned piece, I will give you an estimated timeline and the exact price of your commission. If you need it done sooner, rush fees will be added.
☆ I will keep you updated throughout the process. (Sketch, Lineart, Color)
Payment:
☆ Payment will be through Cashapp or Paypal I will ask for this information during the contact phase and will send an invoice of payment. For all commissions, the full amount will be paid upfront. If you have any specific circumstances or would like to add on elements later during the process, please dm me eminently
Cancellations:
☆ No refunds or cancellations allowed once the commission has started, so make sure you're 100% sure before commissioning me. If I am the one cancelling your commission, you will receive a refund depending on how much of the artwork is finished.
Delivery and Posting:
☆ The commissioner will not receive any physical products. After the commissioner has paid the full invoice, I will send them the finished, high resolution art files as pngs and jpegs or social media of your choice. Every commission work still belongs to me, and I have the right to post these works on social media, create educational content with them, etc.
If you would like me to create a piece for you to sell, please let me know and we can discuss the details.
☆ The commissioner may not resell, alter, or claim credit for the creation of artwork. The commissioner may not mint the art as an NFT or use in any other type of cryptocurrency or marketing. Commissioned art is for personal use only, it cannot be used for commercial purposes. (Unless have been discussed between you and I.)
☆ The commissioner can post the artwork on social media for personal use, use it for an icon, profile picture, banner, etc. so long as Cyber Dev/DevPlayz is properly credited and linked.
